This is a project of two equal houses for mother and daughter´s family of 3 bedrooms plus room service each. The challenge to be solved was the area limitations imposed by the regulations of the authorities trying to use the largest possible area. In this way we have a maximum rectangle which we had to work.

We thought a good way to avoid a dull box shaped house design was to differentiate the floor slabs from each other, separating them and giving a floating sensation.
Let´s say then, the whole house floats and each floor floats above the other.
