The design of this Polanco 14 story building had a big condition: it had to integrate with the Polanco style, or at least, the common architecture surrounding.

The Polanco style goes back to the 1950´s where the Hollywood movie residences seen in TV had this Mexican baroque style, so when the area was developed back then, the houses embraced back this Mexican, now Hollywood style. That was birth of Polanco style.

By this heritage, some of the buildings later built, had this retro image, and for us this was a challenge.

Creating inner void spaces with bridges along the front facade gave us the winner project among several contestants firms.

The interior design had to reflect, at some point, the retro look exposed in the exterior.
