This is a remodeling project of a house. The challenge was not to exceed the area limit imposed by the authorities but to provide the best possible design to the point of not recognizing the original house with the least possible intervention.

Only two materials and the separation of upper floor and ground floor, a projecting peak and subtle changes in the angles of the walls. That did the trick.
